Collateral & Security Policy
Each investment is secured with high-demand designer goods—primarily handbags and fine jewelry—personally sourced and verified by LuxLux. Collateral is stored in a monitored environment with an itemized log. Each item is assigned to a single investor agreement and tracked throughout the investment term. Audits and item checks can be requested by serious investors during the term.
Return & Payout Structure
Investors participate in a 12% fixed annual return structure with monthly interest payments. At the end of the term, the principal may be returned in full or converted to equity at favorable terms, depending on the selected plan.
- Convertible Note: Monthly interest payments with option to convert to equity at maturity.
- Secured Note: Fixed-term with monthly interest and principal returned at end of term.
All terms, including interest, maturity date, and collateral assignment, are clearly outlined before commitment. There are no management fees.
