Each investment is backed by high-demand luxury goods—such as designer handbags and fine jewelry—held in our private, monitored facility. The value of the collateral always equals or exceeds the amount invested.
What kind of collateral is used?
We only use authenticated designer items with consistent resale value. These include brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Hermès, and other high-demand names that maintain market liquidity.
Can I see the inventory that backs my investment?
Yes. Investors can request a full inventory report that includes detailed descriptions and item photos. Supervised access to the storage facility is also available by appointment.
Where is the collateral stored?
All collateral is housed in a private facility with 24/7 video surveillance, restricted access, and motion-detection security systems. Inventory is monitored and logged at every stage.
Is the collateral insured?
Yes. All items used as collateral are insured for their full appraised value while in our possession.
What happens if LuxLux defaults?
In the unlikely event of a default, the investor-assigned collateral would be liquidated to recover funds. Because each investment is tied to specific inventory, your asset-backed position ensures a clear recovery path.
Can the same item be used to secure multiple investments?
Absolutely not. Each item of collateral is exclusively assigned to one investor at a time and tracked through our internal inventory system. No asset is ever double-assigned.
